We have enabled Single Sign On (SSO) for access to the Zoom Workplace Application. From the Zoom Workplace Application, choose the SSO login option. This will open a browser page to complete the login.

If prompted to enter a URL, enter "educationfirstfcu-org". To log in from a web page, type the following URL: https://educationfirstfcu-org.zoom.us

Profile – This group of options allows customization of several profile options, such as name, personal meeting link, time zone, sign-in information, and what integration is allowed to your Microsoft Account. Our recommendation for M365 integration is Read/Write for all resources.

Meetings – Displays any upcoming meetings and provides access to previous meeting information that you scheduled. The Workplace application is the preferred resource to manage meeting schedules and resources.

Phone – The web login is the primary location for setting phone options. From here, you can set the Emergency Address, Business Hours, how incoming calls are delivered (Computer, Cell, or Desk), Hot Desk PIN code, and various phone options.

Settings – This area provides additional customization options for your Zoom experience.

Business Hours – This will limit when you can be accessed via phone. Any calls before or after will go directly to voicemail.

Call Handling – This will set the order and availability of contact options. Disable the options not wanted and set the preferred order to ring. Update the Call Handling Ring Mode from Simultaneously to Sequential to configure the ring order.

Emergency Address – This is the address used for 911 identification.
