    Dormant Accounts

    The following communication has been sent to our members regarding Dormant Accounts. Please familiarize yourself with the member communication and the process by which to update dormant accounts in order to prevent escheatment. 

     

    Notice of Dormant Account
    1. Performing a transaction on the account (e.g., deposit, withdrawal, transfer, etc.) will update the account and prevent escheatment.
    2. If the member does not wish to perform a transaction, you may update the Correspondence Date field located at the Account level. See the screenshot below, and make sure you click OK in order to save the activity.
