Join your co-workers who are helping deliver meals to homebound individuals in the community during their lunch break. You can choose your delivery schedule - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Nutrition & Family Services deliver the means to your branch, so all you have to do is load them up in your car for delivery.
It's a great opportunity to make a difference in someone's day!
Food & Nurtition Services - the organization that oversees Meals on Wheels in Southeast Texas - requires that all volunteers complete a brief orientation. If you are interested, please print and complete the Volunteer Form along with a copy of your DL and auto insurance card and send via email to Laura Landry.
Nutrition & Services for Seniors is a non-profit agency that partners with Meals on Wheels America to deliver meals to Jefferson and Hardin County residents. Nutrition and Services for Seniors is dedicated to providing innovative, effective programs that assist older adults in leading quality lives while maintaining dignity and independence.
