Night to Shine Prom Night

Night to Shine is a prom night experience for people with special needs ages 14+. It is held at Ridgewood Church in Port Arthur on Friday, Feb. 7th. Volunteers are needed from 5:30-9 p.m.
What is the dress code?
Formal wear. We want the atmosphere to be special for our guests, which means that guests and volunteers will be dressed up.
Volunteers can sign up to be a "buddy" to a guest, help serve, greet them on the red carpet, etc. There is something for all personality types to be able to get involved. You are also required to attend a training event.
If I attended in a previous year and already had a background check, do I have to have another one?
Yes. A new background check is required every year.
Training dates will be:
Thursday, January 23, 2025 - 6:30-8 pm
Sunday, January 26, 2025 - 1:00-2:30 pm
Wednesday, January 29 - 6:30-8 pm
